We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and skilled HR Coordinator. The information below provides more detail about the role.

Duties:

  • Delivering People & Culture Administration
  • Processing onboarding checks for new starters
  • co-ordinate meetings
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of systems and processes and apply to deliver outstanding results
  • Assist our Learning & Development lead with project assignments.
  • Support in the preparation of P&C reports
  • Support case work in line with college values and EQI objectives
  • HR record keeping
  • Maintaining our single central record
  • Carrying out new starter day 1 inductions

Skills/Experience:

  • Experience of providing a high standard of customer service
  • Experience of working in an administrative support role
  • Experience in using HR information systems (desirable)
  • Experience of working in an administrative support role within a Human Resources team (desirable)
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages particularly Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
  • A knowledge of employment legislation (desirable)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable.

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Well organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
