We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and skilled HR Coordinator. The information below provides more detail about the role.

Duties:
- Delivering People & Culture Administration
- Processing onboarding checks for new starters
- co-ordinate meetings
- Maintain up to date knowledge of systems and processes and apply to deliver outstanding results
- Assist our Learning & Development lead with project assignments.
- Support in the preparation of P&C reports
- Support case work in line with college values and EQI objectives
- HR record keeping
- Maintaining our single central record
- Carrying out new starter day 1 inductions
Skills/Experience:
- Experience of providing a high standard of customer service
- Experience of working in an administrative support role
- Experience in using HR information systems (desirable)
- Experience of working in an administrative support role within a Human Resources team (desirable)
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages particularly Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
- A knowledge of employment legislation (desirable)
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable.

- Strong interpersonal skills and able to respond appropriately to difficult situations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Strong team work skills
