Are you an experienced or aspiring SEN teacher ready to make an immediate impact? Do you want to work in a school where inclusion, wellbeing, and individual growth are at the heart of everything?
Long Term Futures is supporting a well-established special school in Birmingham, educating students aged 11-19 with a range of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), SEMH challenges, and other learning differences. The school offers a structured, caring environment and is part of a wider trust dedicated to high-quality, inclusive education.
The Role:
We're looking for a full-time SEN teacher to start immediately, leading a small, well-supported class in the secondary and post-16 setting. You'll deliver differentiated lessons tailored to each pupil's EHCP, supporting their progress, independence, and confidence.
