About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant in this setting, you'll be supporting pupils who face barriers to learning due to emotional or behavioural difficulties. Your support will be crucial in helping them stay on track academically, socially, and emotionally. Working closely with the class teacher and wider support staff, you'll help create a safe and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.
- Location: Bolton, Cheshire
- Start Date: September 2025
- Salary: £95 per day
- Contract Type: Full-time, ongoing
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational or care-based setting
- Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or additional needs
- A calm, empathetic and proactive approach to behaviour management
- The ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A genuine commitment to safeguarding and child protection (training can be provided)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community that values its staff and is committed to providing high-quality education to every child, regardless of their background or needs.
