Why Work for Us
At Life Lodge Alternative Education, we believe every young person deserves to be seen, heard, and supported as an individual. We are a small, nurturing Alternative Provision (AP) where relationships come first, and where education is tailored to each learner’s needs, strengths, and aspirations.
Joining our very small team means you won’t just be “another member of staff”you’ll be an integral part of our community. Because of our size, you’ll truly get to know every young person, build meaningful relationships, and have the flexibility to teach and support them in a way that works best for them.
Your role with us will be fluid and adaptable, allowing you to bring your skills, creativity, and passion to the table while helping shape each student’s learning journey. If you’re looking for a place where no two days are the same, where every contribution matters, and where the impact you make is visible every day, Life Lodge could be the perfect fit.
