Duration: 6-8 weeks with scope to extend.
Your new role
- Proactively chase outstanding invoices via email, phone, and written correspondence.
- Allocate cash receipts and maintain accurate debtor records.
- Issue credit notes and re-invoice where necessary.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve payment-impacting queries.
- Generate and distribute monthly client statements.
- Prepare reports on debtor positions for senior management.
- Maintain detailed records of write-offs, follow-ups, and legal escalations.
- Collaborate with external legal teams to pursue overdue debts.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in credit control, ideally within fintech or professional services.
- Essential: Experience using NetSuite for credit control and billing processes.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients and internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
