Reach Developers Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of our residential and commercial development projects in the Birmingham area. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with a strong track record in construction project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and coordinate all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, health and safety laws, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
Proactively address and resolve project-related challenges and risks.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing construction projects within the UK.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. (or equivalent professional experience)
Proficiency in project management tools/software.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Desirable: Project management certifications. (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)
Membership of a relevant professional body. (e.g., CIOB, RICS)
Experience working on both residential and commercial builds.
