Summary

We are looking for a workshop supervisor at our Motorpark reconditioning workshop in Plasmarl Swansea

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Allocate work to technicians based on skills and workload.
  • Monitor progress of repairs and services to ensure timely completion.
  • Perform quality control checks and support technical diagnostics.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and cleanliness.
  • Communicate with sales managers and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar supervisory role in an automotive workshop.

Trade qualification in motor mechanics or related field. MOT license would be a benefit

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
