Working with a leading in-house property consultancy that's part of a major development group, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across the North West.This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established design team where your expertise will influence projects from concept through to completion. Based in South Manchester, the role offers a dynamic environment with direct involvement in the design, development, and construction of office and industrial buildings.
Your new role
As a BREEAM Assessor, you'll play a key role in driving sustainability across a range of commercial developments. You'll be responsible for:
- Conducting BREEAM assessments and preparing certification documentation
- Advising project teams on sustainable design strategies
- Staying up to date with evolving BREEAM standards and regulations
- Liaising with clients to align sustainability goals with project outcomes
- Producing detailed reports and recommendations for best practice
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a BREEAM Assessor
- Strong understanding of construction processes and sustainability principles
- Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and ArcGIS
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant environmental or sustainability certifications are highly desirable.
