Based in South Manchester, the role offers a dynamic environment with direct involvement in the design, development, and construction of office and industrial buildings.


Your new role
As a BREEAM Assessor, you'll play a key role in driving sustainability across a range of commercial developments. You'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting BREEAM assessments and preparing certification documentation
  • Advising project teams on sustainable design strategies
  • Staying up to date with evolving BREEAM standards and regulations
  • Liaising with clients to align sustainability goals with project outcomes
  • Producing detailed reports and recommendations for best practice

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a BREEAM Assessor
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and sustainability principles
  • Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and ArcGIS
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Relevant environmental or sustainability certifications are highly desirable.
