This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Band 4 Outreach Worker to join our Enhanced Treatment Team for Adult Eating Disorders. In this role, you’ll be part of a skilled and compassionate multidisciplinary team, supporting people to manage their recovery in the community and helping them build confidence in everyday life. You’ll work closely with clients in their homes and local settings, providing practical and therapeutic support that makes a genuine difference.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. If you’re passionate about supporting people with eating disorders and want to develop your skills in a supportive environment, this is a fantastic opportunity.
As an Outreach Worker with our Enhanced Treatment Team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care. You will support clients in their own homes and in the community, helping them develop practical coping strategies and confidence in everyday activities, including meal support when required. You’ll co-facilitate therapeutic groups, deliver individual interventions under supervision, and work alongside colleagues to ensure each person receives the right care for their needs.
The role requires excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to work flexibly and without direct supervision. You’ll need to be confident in building therapeutic relationships, adaptable in your approach, and committed to supporting people on their recovery journey.
