Essential person specification requirements Degree in Physiotherapy HCPC Registered Broad range of clinical experience across a variety of clinical areas through student placements/ or previous Band 5 posts Experience of dealing with general public Evidence of continued professional development Ability to work independently and within in a team Good communication skills both verbal, written and non-verbal Ability to pass on knowledge Ability to present information, written and verbally in a clear and logical manner Ability to organise, prioritise and delegate workload Excellent clinical reasoning skills with the ability to formulate problem list/ gaols and patient centred treatment plans.
