The Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust are passionate about protecting nature and wildlife across our County, but we need help to make
sure our people are ready to respond when nature calls!
We are looking for a HR Administration Officer to join our small, but mighty team to drive best practice whilst providing a
proactive and engaging HR support service, with an emphasis on HR administration, procedures, systems & reporting.
No two days are ever the same, but some of the main responsibilities would include:
* Assisting with internal and external HR related enquiries and requests
* Supporting the implementation of HR policies
* Administration of our HR Information System ensuring data is up to date
* Assisting in the recruitment process
* Delivering a great on-boarding and off-boarding experience for new joiners and leavers
* Assisting and supporting on HR projects and providing administrative support
* Creating and maintaining regular reports on HR metrics
* Being a great team player
Our ideal candidate:
* Has a passion for growing their HR career through exposure to new and exciting challenges
* Holds previous experience of HR administration
* Is a confident communicator
* Has experience of working with systems and processes, with attention to detail
