Together, we are committed to making a positive difference every day. Your RoleThe role will be instrumental in shaping Progress Lifeline’s (PL) digital analytics function. You will collaborate closely with the team, providing analysis and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making. You will be responsible for transforming the reporting function across Progress Lifeline and enhancing reporting capabilities across all operational and business-led functions. Ensuring data integrity and generating accurate, data-driven insights and analysis will help develop initiatives that lead to service improvements, cost-effectiveness, and enriched sector understanding for Lifeline and its stakeholders to meet contractual requirements. You will analyse complex datasets and support data-driven decision-making processes across Progress Lifeline.As a Data & Reporting Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy for our technology-enabled care services. This role is responsible for analysing, interpreting and presenting the data supplied by our Business Intelligence experts in Digital Services or by extracting data from our self-serve systems, such as Power Platform/Microsoft Dynamics CRM. What We Are Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: University degree or equivalent experience with a strong focus on data analysisAdvanced Excel knowledgeExperienced in data extraction, manipulation, and visualisationAbility to analyse complex data and information to inform processes, strategies and work priorities Why Progress Housing Group?
