Are you the trainer who turns policy into practice?
Join our growing care group as a Health & Social Care Trainer, where you’ll lead on designing, delivering, and evaluating face-to-face training that keeps our care teams compliant, confident, and person-centred.
You’ll run inductions, statutory and bespoke sessions across multiple branches, mentor new starters, and drive up standards through engaging, high-impact learning. No two days are the same—and there’s a clear path to Level 5 leadership and beyond.
What we’re looking for:
✅ Experience delivering training in health & social care (especially domiciliary care)
✅ Level 3 AET (or equivalent)
✅ Certified in First Aid, Medication, Moving & Handling, and Safeguarding
✅ Full UK driving licence & access to a car
✅ Confident facilitator with strong organisational skills
