Fixed Term for 8 months - Part Time - 30 hours per week

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Clinical Team Coordinator to join our vibrant and supportive Chorley and South Ribble team within the Children and Young People’s Wellbeing Network. This is a Band 7 role, working 30 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements available to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance. Whether you're looking to balance family commitments or simply want more flexibility in your week, we’re open to discussing how we can make this role work for you.

In this pivotal leadership position, you will provide clear and effective line management to a skilled multidisciplinary team, offering strong supervision and guidance to ensure alignment with our service line’s strategic goals. You’ll play a key role in supporting the training and development of staff, leading innovative transformation projects, and working collaboratively with AHP Leads, Professional Leads, and Service Managers to drive forward audit, research, and the implementation of evidence-based care pathways. Your clinical expertise will also be valued, as you contribute to the care of children and young people with complex and additional needs, helping them reach their full potential.

To provide clear line management within the team, including the full range of first line management duties, including approval of annual leave, special leave, training, undertaking PDR, investigating and responding to complaints and dealing with first stage disciplinary and grievance issues.

To provide management supervision, promoting a robust understanding of Service Line Business objectives.

To support training and development needs associated with the specialist areas of clinical practice within the locality.

To support and lead team transformation projects.

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.

The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
