Full Time – Larbert -37.5 hours
We are looking for an Administrator to join our team in Larbert.
In this role, you will help support our company-owned retail stores, working closely with Store Managers, Area Managers, and other teams.
You will make sure stores get the help they need with everyday tasks.
What you will do:
Provide the required day-to-day support to Retail COCO teams.
Deliver required tasks as set by Team Leader – Retail Support Team.
Reports – assist in the preparation of scheduled and ad hoc reports as well as manual data entry.
Product file maintenance including creating new, maintaining current within guidelines, processing supplier updates.
Stock queries stemming from stock take discrepancy report and any invoice discrepancies incl accounts queries.
Purchase orders & GRNs.
Maintain contact lists.
Check shared mailbox daily.
Incoming & Outgoing Mail.
What we are looking for:
Someone organised with good administration skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (excel in particular)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good customer service.
