Crynodeb
Heron Care supports some of the most vulnerable adults in the community by providing the care they need to live safe and independent lives.
We work in partnership with local NHS trusts and the integrated Care systems , providing services to meet customers’ individual needs. This may include domiciliary care and complex care services. At the heart of Heron Care is the statutory work that our care teams and managers undertake to meet customers’ needs. Heron Care provide services around a number of postcodes across Liverpool city region and we actively recruit staff from as near as possible from them postcodes for service visit runs.
This has proven to work better for staff and customers as we have found that staff sickness and lateness have dramatically improved and continuity for our customers has also due to having regular staff teams that they know and trust.
