Kickstart Your Career in Law – Customer Service Apprentice Wanted!

About the Opportunity:

Looking for your first step into the world of work? Interested in law, but not sure where to begin? This could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We’re a friendly, professional law firm, and we’re offering a Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship (Level 2). You’ll be working with our team, helping clients every day, and learning how a law firm really works.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting clients when they visit and helping them feel welcome.
• Answering phone calls and emails.
• Helping to organise meetings and preparing documents.
• Learning about how lawyers work and supporting them with day-to-day tasks.
• Building confidence and communication skills in a professional setting.

What You’ll Get:

• A Level 2 Customer Service qualification (paid for by us!).
• A salary while you learn – no student debt.
• Real work experience in a professional law firm.
• Skills that will set you up for your career – whether that’s in law or another business role.
• The chance to progress into more advanced roles, like legal admin, paralegal support, or higher apprenticeships in law.
Who We’re Looking For
• Friendly and approachable people who like helping others.
• Good at listening, speaking, and staying organised.
• Keen to learn new skills and grow in confidence.
• Interested in exploring a career in law.

Why This Role is Different:

Lots of apprenticeships give you skills – but this one also gives you a foot in the door of the legal profession. Many apprentices go on to build careers in law, from legal administration right through to solicitor training.
