Summary

Do you have retail or hospitality experience? Like working in a team in a customer focussed role? If so we are interested in hearing from you.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Front of House Team at Hartley Library as a Customer Services Assistant on the Highfield Campus. If you are the successful candidate, you will deliver a high quality and professional customer service to everyone who interacts with any of our Library services. You will form part of the University Library Enquiries team where you will answer customer queries in person, over the phone and in an online environment. You will be expected to move between sites if required.

Salary is between £24,900 to £26,338 pro rata per annum. As the successful candidate you will be entitled to 20 days annual leave per year (pro rata) plus University Closure Days, a contributory pension scheme and a structured training programme are also some of the benefits of this role.

This position is being offered on a part-time (19.5 hours per week), permanent basis.

The following shift pattern is available:

Friday – Sunday 13.45-20.15
