Patient support and Signposting Welcome patients and provide assistance to help them access the right services or staff Support patients with self-check-in kiosks, online booking systems, and other digital tools Offer guidance and reassurance to patients with additional needs (e.g. mobility challenges, sensory impairments, language barriers) Provide information on practice services and local healthcare resources Health education and Engagement Promote and distribute health education materials and information about local healthcare services Encourage and support the use of NHS digital tools and apps Coordinate the Patient Experience Committee, ensuring patient voices and feedback are heard and acted on Teamwork and Collaboration Work closely with reception staff, clinicians, and other colleagues to create a smooth and supportive patient journey Liaise with voluntary and charitable groups in the local community to enhance patient support Contribute ideas and feedback to improve patient services and digital access
