The Compleat Food Group (TCFG) is a fast-growing, forward-thinking food manufacturer on a mission to create great-tasting,
planet-positive food. We are now looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the operational delivery of the Asset Care
function at our Milton Keynes site.
As a key member of the site senior leadership team, you will be accountable for ensuring engineering performance, compliance, and
capability meet or exceed group standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by delivering safe, reliable, and
efficient asset performance that underpins production and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the site engineering function in line with the Asset Care Performance Model.
* Drive a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all HSE and statutory requirements.
* Deliver strong asset performance through effective use of CMMS, preventative maintenance, and downtime analysis.
* Manage engineering budgets, contractors, and spares to maintain cost efficiency and availability.
* Develop, coach, and engage your team to build capability and future leadership.
* Ensure audit readiness and governance compliance across all engineering activities.
* Support and deliver capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
* HNC/HND or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar).
* Proven engineering leadership within food, FMCG, or manufacturing environments.
* Strong track record in equipment reliability, planned maintenance, and CMMS compliance.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Financially aware, with experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
