The senior leadership team comprises the Head Teacher, three Depute Head Teachers and the Area Business Support Manager.
We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our office team. The post holder will be required to assist in effective implementation of all administrative and financial functions within the school e.g. prioritising, multi-tasking, devising new administrative systems to capture data and produce reports, meet deadlines and targets set and controlled by school year/events. It is essential that you have knowledge of common IT systems including databases and Microsoft Office and have strong customer service, organisational and time management skills.
Monday – Thursday 0800 – 1600 and Friday 0800 – 1300.

From 28 February 2011 preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by West Lothian Council
