  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, child development principles, and safeguarding best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and team-leadership skills.
  • A calm, inclusive, and creative approach—passionate about outdoor learning and supporting every child to thrive.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain), paediatric first aid training, and safeguarding certification highly desirable.

Perks, Benefits & Why Join

  • Support children’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development through inclusive, child-centred activities.
  • Supervise staff effectively—mentoring, scheduling, and promoting continuous professional growth.
  • Communicate warmly and clearly with parents/carers, sharing progress and building trusting relationships.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment, performing regular risk assessments and following safeguarding and health & safety protocols.
