RESIDENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE – LEEDS – £25.5K
Leeds | Build to Rent | £25,500
OPR are working with a leading Build to Rent operator to source a confident and career driven Resident Services Associate for a vibrant development in Leeds. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s serious about building a long term career in property and wants to grow within a supportive and forwardthinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the friendly face of the development, welcoming residents and handling enquiries with professionalism and warmth
Support tenancy administration including move-ins, move-outs, and renewals
Help organise and deliver resident events and community engagement initiatives
Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
Keep accurate records and follow company procedures to maintain high standards
About You:
You’re extroverted, confident, and thrive in a people-facing role
You’ve got common sense, initiative, and can hit the ground running
Experience in customer service, hospitality, property, or front-of-house roles is ideal
You’re organised, tech savvy, and have a genuine interest in property
You’re looking for career development and progression

Flexible working hours on a rota: 8am–6pm, 9am–6pm or 11am–8pm
