Crynodeb
To assist with the care and treatment of service users withindesignated clinical areas, as directed. Assist in the maintenance of a safe therapeutic environment beneficial to the needs of the service users, relatives carers and others. Contribute to the team approach to person centred patient care, providing accurate and relevant feedback to registered staff and named nurses: participate in team discussions and meetings regarding care of service users. Participate in the application of care plans, ensuring interventions andobservations are communicated effectively to registered nurse and act as an associate nurse. Play a part in assessment and management of risk.
