Senior Support Worker – Residential Children’s Home
Location: Bath, Somerset
Hours: 42 hours/week, Permanent
Salary: £30,750 per annum (includes 1 sleep-in/week) + £63 for each additional sleep-in

About the Role
We’re seeking a committed Senior Support Worker for a friendly and therapeutic 3-bedded home supporting children with varying needs, including emotional and behavioural difficulties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career into a future management role.

Duties Will Include:
- Leading and supporting staff teams during shifts
- Safeguarding children and young people at all times
- Contributing to care plans and behaviour strategies
- Building strong relationships with children and professionals

Requirements:
- Experience in a residential children’s home
- Ideally Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong leadership skills and passion for children’s care
