We are seeking an experienced and qualified Nursery Manager to join our New team at Bright Line Nursery and Pre-school. As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of early years practitioners to provide high-quality care and education to children.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies
* Lead and manage a team of early years practitioners, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote high-quality care and education
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided, making recommendations for improvement
* Build and maintain relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies
* Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to ensure effective and efficient operation of the nursery
* Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children, staff, and visitors
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in a management role in an early years setting
* Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
* Current Paediatric First Aid certificate
* DBS clearance
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team

Desired Qualifications:
* Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) or Early Years Teacher (EYT) status
* Experience of working with children from birth to 5 years
* Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and early years curriculum
