Bridgwater | Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm | Friday 8am - 1pm | Temporary to Permanent | Immediate StartAcorn by Synergie is currently recruiting on behalf of our client; a market-leading manufacturer supplying precision components to Formula 1 teams and the aerospace industry, for Production/Machine Operatives based in Bridgwater (Town Centre).
You will be supporting the production, assembly, and finishing of high-specification aerospace products in a clean and modern facility.
The Role:
- Machine Operation: you'll be responsible for operating various production machinery and supporting equipment once trained.
- Hands-On Work: duties include trimming, shot blasting, using hand tools, and preparing bonding materials.
- Team Support: you'll be working across different departments, depending on production needs.
- Manufacturing Experience: previous experience in a production or machine operating environment is beneficial but not essential.
- Attention to Detail: you must have a keen eye for quality, accuracy, and a consistent work approach.
- Team Player: ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to Learn: full training provided - this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and progress into specialist departments.
