About the Role:
In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving queries efficiently. You'll also play a key part in the smooth running of administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications.Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Updating records, and maintaining databases
- Supporting internal teams with administrative tasks
- Handling complaints and escalating issues when necessary
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
