  What We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 3 or 4 qualification in Learning Support (or equivalent experience)

    
    

  • Proven experience supporting pupils with SEND, ideally on a 1:1 basis in a primary school

    
    

  • A calm, patient, and compassionate nature with strong emotional awareness

    
    

  • Ability to adapt learning strategies to meet individual needs

    
    

  • Confident behaviour management and de-escalation techniques

    
    

  • Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

    
    

  • Two recent references from educational settings
