Crynodeb
Job Purpose: To provide operational and business leadership for the Placements Teams, ensuring that systems and processes support the effective commissioning and oversight of external care placements. The post holder will be responsible for managing placement governance functions. This includes providing coordination, provider due diligence, audit, and data quality for funding panel advisory panel and placement review team. The Business Manager will lead administrative staff, maintain robust business systems, and ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, and contractual standards. The post holder will work in close partnership with clinical teams, finance, commissioning, and external providers to ensure cost-effective and person-centred placement pathways.
