NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or nationallyrecognised equivalent qualifications)GCSE English and Maths. Excellent communication skills both written and verbalComputer literate. Understanding of Health & Safety Legislation and RiskManagement. Moderate periods of standing attending to needs of patients and staffModerate periods spent reaching for and lifting light pharmaceutical products. Exposure to distressing or emotional circumstances is rare. Work pattern generally predictable with periods of concentration required for dispensing, accurate use of computer and completing general duties.
