Crynodeb
To be the initial point of contact for all correspondence for the team, including all action point queries. Responding to queries independently in line with the knowledge and skills and escalating complex queries where further support is required. Support the development and maintenance of Information Sharing Protocols under the Wales Accord on the Sharing of Personal Information (WASPI) framework. Liaising with any suppliers or account managers, as required. Guide users and other stakeholders with solving any bespoke software application problems (e.g accessing and using the National Intelligent Integrated Audit Solution (NIIAS) or the Information Sharing Gateway platform across all sectors). Arranging travel when required for members of the Information Governance team.
