Pro Assist Healthcare Ltd is hiring experienced Care Assistants for care homes.

Requirements:
✅ Must have experience working in care homes

✅ Proof of right to work in the UK

✅ Applicants must be 18+

✅ Must be able to speak and understand basic English

✅ Enhanced DBS check (Preferred if you're on the DBS Update Service) – if not registered, we will process a new DBS check

Responsibilities

* Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support clients in maintaining their daily routines and care plans.
* Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in both home care and care home settings.
* Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying up)
* Help with meals and feeding
* Provide companionship and emotional support

Requirements

* Previous experience in home care or a care home is essential.
* Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
* A caring attitude with the ability to empathise with clients' needs.
* Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the service demands.
