Role length: Anticipated 1 - 2 months
Working arrangements: Office based with travel across the borough as required
Additional requirement: Driving Licence is required for this role
The role:
We are seeking a Health & Safety Officer to join the Health and Safety Team, for a short-term assignment, primarily to assist with carrying out site inspections within the borough and recording them on the SafetyCulture app.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Health and Safety Team in conducting site inspections across the area
Accurately record findings and observations using the SafetyCulture app
Support compliance with health and safety legislation and internal policies
What the client is looking for:
A sound understanding of health and safety practices
Experience of carrying out inspections
Familiarity with digital tools such as the SafetyCulture app
Good communication and organisational skills
