Based on 36 hours 40 minutes per week

Part of the wider New Bridge Group, New Bridge Horizons is a day provision for service users between the ages of 19 and 25+ with learning and/or physical difficulties.

The Directors are now looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic strategic service lead to take New Bridge Horizons forward into the next phase of its development.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Significant experience of strategic leadership within adult care services
- Experience of leading service change through strategic development
- Experience and knowledge of ensuring statutory compliance
- Proven track record of leading on budget planning, monitoring and the effective use of resources across multiple provisions
- Experience of working collaboratively with a range of external partners
- A moral purpose where service users and their families are at the centre of all strategic planning and outcomes
This is an extremely exciting opportunity for someone to continue and then also develop the service and make a real difference to lives of our young adults. The successful candidate will also receive an excellent recruitment package including a very competitive salary, access to the local government pension scheme, healthcare scheme and up to 31 personal annual leave days per year. The successful candidate will also have the additional support of the wider leadership team within the New Bridge Group.
Currently New Bridge Horizons is based on two sites within Oldham. The Link Centre, Union Street Oldham and Turf Lane Chadderton. All staff are expected to work at any site if the need arises.

Salary: NJC points 49-53 - £61,099 65,504 per annum Contracted hours: 36 hours 40 minutes per week
