• Significant experience of strategic leadership within adult care services
• Experience of leading service change through strategic development
• Experience and knowledge of ensuring statutory compliance
• Proven track record of leading on budget planning, monitoring and the effective use of resources across multiple provisions
• Experience of working collaboratively with a range of external partners
• A moral purpose where service users and their families are at the centre of all strategic planning and outcomes
