Your new role
The client is seeking a motivated Junior Fund Accountant to join the team on a temporary basis. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Assist in the preparation of NAV calculations and fund valuations
- Reconcile cash, positions, and transactions across multiple accounts
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Liaise with custodians, fund administrators, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Part-qualified accountant
- Financial services background is essential
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
