Accounts Payable Clerk - Temp to Perm
Location: Manchester City Centre
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Accounts Payable Clerk to join a busy finance team in central Manchester. This temp-to-perm role offers excellent career development and the chance to work with a leading organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and credit card expenses
- Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate records using
SAP - Support month-end reporting and aged PO clean-up
- Maintain and update daily Excel reports (Index/Match, Pivot Tables)
- Handle supplier queries via phone and email.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or finance administration
- Strong Excel skills; SAP experience is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
