Our client has an exciting opportunity for a full time CRM Executive to join them permanently at their Salford, Manchester HQ. Their CRM Team are responsible for marketing via email and app to their database, taking account of customer objectives and insight. Promoting key launches, offers and news that they share with their customer and working on customer groups and segments for best impact.
The CRM Executive will help to deliver their CRM programme by supporting the planning and delivery of activity across App, Email, and other touchpoints as relevant. You'll be a part of a fast-paced environment, tasked with driving customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help to maintain a planning calendar and work to deliver communications for CRM, which will include, email newsletters, broadcasts, and automations. This will also include app push notifications and in-app messaging.
- Evaluate elements of the programme and ensure continuous improvement including KPIs for their communications and effective journeys to on site or in app content.
- Support the Senior CRM Executive with the end-to-end process, including planning, briefing, copywriting outsources, set up, proofing, translation, implementation, and reporting.
- Implement the required customer segmentation, with communications that are appropriately targeted for best impact with territory and translation consideration.
With full training provided, the CRM Executive is expected to:
- Be actively involved in the CRM testing programme, ensuring good visibility of overall results and testing mechanics to improve KPIs.
- Engage with relevant third parties like Emarsys for ongoing development, training and best practice and technical developments.
- Work closely with the commercial, brand and trading teams to plan CRM contact and content strategy to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Learn and contribute to CRM impact as required in projects, bringing ideas and new initiatives to the team.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Accuracy in content and data, and very strong organisational and teamwork skills.
- Aptitude for platform set up, CRM platform awareness / experience is a bonus.
- Commercially minded with a creative awareness.
- Flexible and adaptable - experience of working in fast-paced retail is ideal.
