Clinical Responsibilities To provide medical care to patients as required ensuring that the appropriate standards of care are delivered through a multidisciplinary and Hospital at Night team. To maintain patient confidentiality and ensure that personal access to information systems is secure from others. To maintain a safe environment for patient and colleagues. To ensure that accurate records of care are maintained and that information is accurately and appropriately communicated to other professionals as required. To attend the whole range of clinical delivery settings (EPAGU, OPD, Labour ward, Theatres, Wards etc.)
