I am a happy and chatty 16 year old boy with learning difficulties and epilepsy.
I live in Aberfan and I am looking for a Personal Assistant to spend 5 hours per week with me to help me socialise and go out and about in the community, I love the outdoors and have a passion for motorbikes, trains and anything petrol, I also like football. I am very chatty and sociable. When Im out and about I will need to carry my medication for epilepsy and it would be good for someone working with me to have knowledge/experience in dealing with this condition.

**Tasks and Duties**
* To access the local community and surrounding areas.
* Car driver
* Promote my independence.
* Carry epilepsy medication provided by my mother
**Working Hours/Rate of pay**
**£14.00 and £0.40** pence per mile for any mileage
**5 hours** per week 52 weeks of the year
Can be worked flexible
Type of person required
* Someone who is enthusiastic and fun to be around.
* Someone who has previous experience of working with young people with additional needs and knowledge of epilepsy.
* Full UK Driving licence Essential
* Reliability is essential
* Someone who will encourage independence
Training is accessible if required for the job role
**Additional Information**
Successful applicants will be subject to a three month trial period
A DBS check will be required, this will be at no cost to yourself
