ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a talented and driven Commercial Finance Manager to join our award-winning team. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you’ll be a key player in driving financial performance across our care homes, providing insight, leadership, and strategic support.
This is a high-impact role where your expertise will help shape decisions at the highest level, ensuring our homes continue to deliver outstanding care with financial sustainability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the preparation of full management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations for each care home.
- Present financial performance to the CFO and senior leadership.
- Produce weekly reporting for Directors and Senior Managers.
- Manage VAT and CIS returns across the Group.
- Drive the annual budgeting process, collaborating with Regional Managers and Operations Directors.
- Lead ad hoc projects—from process improvements to performance deep-dives.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as new home integrations and financial modelling.

You’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading budget and forecast processes.
- A background in large, complex businesses (ideally £100m+ turnover).
- Confidence to challenge and support operational teams.
- A track record of improving systems and processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Excellent IT and financial systems proficiency.
