Commercial Property Solicitor - Northampton/Hybrid Working
A commercial law firm is looking to recruit an additional lawyer into their Real Estate team in Northampton.
This department is rightly seen to be one of the strongest specialist teams in the East Midlands area. Due to the strength of their reputation they attract a steady stream of high quality, interesting and varied work into the team, dealing with matters such as acquisitions and disposals of commercial property and/or land, commercial developments, leases, licences and property finance.
The successful candidate for this position will be ideally be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years PQE working in an established and respected commercial real estate law team in their current or previous positions.
