Asset Information Officer – Permanent
Property and Development Department
Salary Grade 2 £25,583 - £26,824 per annum
Full Time, 37 hours per week

Are you detail-driven and passionate about making data work smarter? We’re looking for an Asset Information Officer to join our Property & Development team, ensuring that our housing asset data is accurate, accessible, and used to drive better decision-making.

In this role, you will:
• Maintain and update asset management, compliance, and stock condition databases.
• Produce detailed reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for managers, committees, and stakeholders.
• Support investment, compliance, and maintenance programmes by providing accurate technical and statistical information.
• Develop IT processes and reporting tools to improve service efficiency and business planning.
• Audit data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulations.
• Assist with Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and ensure data security and confidentiality

About you
• 5 GCSEs grade C or above (including Maths & English)
• You hold at least 2 years’ experience in the housing sector in a similar or related role
• Knowledge of asset management or compliance databases
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with large management systems (e.g. Keystone, Civica, Riskhub).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in data input, management, and reporting.
• an eye for detail, and the ability to work across teams.
