We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across a school. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive difference in children’s education and development. Starting October 2025.
Duties as a Teaching Assistant:
Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
Support small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning.
Help pupils with additional needs, including SEN or EAL support.
Aid in preparing and organising teaching resources.
Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
Contribute to monitoring and reporting pupil progress.
Ideal Teaching Assistant:
Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is desirable.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting learning.
Strong communication and teamwork skills as a Teaching Assistant.
Flexibility to support different year groups or subjects.
Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) advantageous but not essential.
