We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across a school. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive difference in children’s education and development. Starting October 2025.

Duties as a Teaching Assistant:

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.

  • Support small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning.

  • Help pupils with additional needs, including SEN or EAL support.

  • Aid in preparing and organising teaching resources.

  • Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.

  • Contribute to monitoring and reporting pupil progress.

Ideal Teaching Assistant:

  • Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is desirable.

  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting learning.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as a Teaching Assistant.

  • Flexibility to support different year groups or subjects.

  • Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) advantageous but not essential.
