Job Description
About the Role
We're recruiting for a skilled and experienced HR Officer to support our busy HR Team within Education Services. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality HR support and guidance and have proven experience of improving HR service delivery, we want to hear from you.
The role includes:
- Providing expert HR guidance to Heads of Establishment across the city
- Managing complex cases in a unionised environment
- Supporting and advising a team of HR Advisors
- Leading and contributing to HR service improvement initiatives
- Promoting best practice through training delivery and helping to shape policy development
What you’ll bring:
- Broad HR experience with an emphasis on complex case management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven digital literacy and data analysis capabilities
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- A commitment to continuous improvement and customer-focused service delivery
