Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Salary: £40,000 plus free on site Parking

What you'll be doing

  • Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver exceptional service to clients and members
  • Driving performance and accountability, ensuring processes, compliance and quality standards are consistently met
  • Challenging existing ways of working and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Supporting and mentoring individuals to reach their potential through coaching and tailored development
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally
  • Ensuring risk and compliance processes are embedded and maintained across the team
