Your new company
Our client is a well-respected claimant firm with offices across northern England. They are currently recruiting for a Personal Injury Deputy Team Manager to join their Wirral office. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Experience handling your own personal injury caseload is essential.

Your new role
This Personal Injury Deputy Team Manager role will see you:

  • Support the Team Manager and Head of Department in the running of the Minor Traumatic Brain Injury team.
  • Handle your own reduced caseload of personal injury claims valued up to £100,000.
  • Work collaboratively with the manager and head of department, identifying improvements.
  • Allocate work effectively.
  • Ensure all minor brain injury claims are investigated correctly.
  • Escalate any higher value claims to the serious injury department.
  • Drop appropriate cases from the OIC portal.
  • Complete regular 1-2-1 meetings with all team members, covering employee welfare and commercial performance.
  • Review files on a regular basis.
  • Assist in any compliant procedures.


What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive, but those qualified through experience are also encouraged to apply. You must have previous experience handling your own caseload of intermediate track personal injury claims. Previous supervisory experience is beneficial. Must be able to run your own caseload whilst assisting others.
